The Atlantic Ocean Crossing Race, one of the two races of the World's Thought Row organization, starts every year in mid-December. • National and Olympic rowers ARB and Bahadir will participate in the Atlantic Ocean Crossing Race in a double boat.
• The Atlantic Race is held in single, double, and four-person boats.
• Starting from the Canary Islands, they will cross the Atlantic Ocean (4800 km) and try to reach Antiqua Barbuda.
• It will last approximately 35-45 days.
• Throughout the race, while one rower is rowing, the other will rest and eat. They will row in 2-hour shifts, ensuring the boat never stops.

Rannoch brand UK made boat.

A water purification system is a must-have for every boat.

The captain posed in front of this boat, which is on display at the museum. This boat, which didn't compete but crossed the Atlantic, flies the Estonian flag, but we've temporarily photoshopped the Turkish flag over it :-)

A picture from inside the boat. A seat, a fuel tank cap, and a pair of oars.

The aft cabin isn't for sleeping. It's just for storage and electronic devices: radio, GPS, chatplotter, automatic steering, etc.

Sleeping area is the front cabin. Single occupancy and 2 meters 15 cm long. Sufficient for one person :-)
